Be honest and relevant

Share your own experience of a fragrance. Keep reviews focused on the scent, performance, setting, value or another detail that helps someone decide whether to try it. Similar Scents votes should reflect a genuine perceived resemblance, not a brand preference or campaign. Disclose any meaningful brand, retailer, free-product or promotional relationship.

Be respectful

Different skin, climate and taste produce different experiences. Disagree with the opinion, not the person. Do not post harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, sexual exploitation, graphic violence or targeted insults.

Protect privacy and rights

Do not share another person's private information, impersonate someone or post copyrighted or trademarked material in a misleading way. Never publish email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, login codes or other sensitive identifiers in a profile, review or photo. Upload only photos you created or have permission to use, and do not include an identifiable person without their permission.

No manipulation or spam

Do not coordinate fake ratings or similarity votes, submit duplicate or automated content, trade reviews, advertise unrelated products, insert malicious links or use reviews as customer-service leverage. One account may maintain one review per perfume. Creating extra accounts to influence totals or evade limits is not allowed.

Safety and legality

Do not promote illegal activity, dangerous misuse of fragrance products, self-harm, exploitation or content that puts another person at risk. Fragrance opinions are not medical or allergy advice.

How moderation works

Ratings, review text, review photos and Similar Scents votes are normally visible as soon as they are submitted and may be checked after publication. Profile photos are currently visible only inside the account that uploaded them. SCENTIKI may label, hide or remove content, reverse manipulated votes and restrict repeat violators. Moderation does not turn a community claim into a verified catalogue fact.

Report illegal or harmful content

Use the report control beside a review or email support@scentiki.com with the exact page and content ID, where the content appears, why you believe it is illegal or violates these rules, supporting facts and a way to contact you. Confirm that you submit the notice in good faith. SCENTIKI will acknowledge a sufficiently detailed notice, assess it impartially and communicate the decision where contact details are available. A report does not guarantee removal. Do not misuse reporting to silence an ordinary disagreement.

Moderation decisions and appeals

If your content or account is restricted, SCENTIKI will provide a reason where required and reasonably possible. You may request a free review by emailing support@scentiki.com from the account email. Identify the contribution or decision and explain why you believe it should change. Appeals are reviewed without penalising a user merely for disagreeing with the original decision.
